Football Trainer

We are professional year round academy.
Our goal is to hire enthusiastic trainers that want to help youth better themselves on and off field/court ```Duties``` - Develop and implement training programs for various sports and activities, including childcare, martial arts, basketball, cheerleading, and swimming.
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials to facilitate learning and skill development.
- Provide hands-on instruction and demonstrations to participants.
- Monitor and evaluate participants' progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure the safety of participants during training sessions.
- Collaborate with other trainers and coaches to coordinate training schedules and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and achievements.
```Skills``` - Strong background in basketball and football or other relevant sports or activities.
- Experience working with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively manage participant behavior during training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback to participants.
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of individual participants.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate training sessions.
- Passion for physical education and promoting a healthy lifestyle through sports and activities.
- Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is preferred.
