Preschool Teacher

Overview: Join our team as a dedicated Preschool Teacher and make a difference in the lives of young learners.
We are seeking a passionate individual with experience in early childhood education to plan and implement age appropriate learning in a stimulating and safe environment.
Our program is a Christian ministry and teachers must model Christ-like behavior and attitudes.
Work hours are Tues, Wed.
Thursday 8:20 to 1:20.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning - Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions - Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly - Provide individualized support to students who require extra assistance - Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development Experience: We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experiences: - Strong background working with children, preferably in an educational setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies - Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
