Daycare Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities - Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress - Maintain a clean and organized classroom - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or preschool setting - Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate teaching methods - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - First aid and CPR certification preferred Skills: - Experience in infant care, nannying, or special education is a plus - Strong classroom management skills - Knowledge of preschool curriculum and educational standards We offer competitive pay, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
