Tutor

MUST BE A CERTIFIED TEACHER! `Duties' - Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to tailor tutoring sessions accordingly.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and learning resources to enhance students' understanding and retention.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, progress, and areas for improvement.
`Experience` - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tutor or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge in curriculum development and STANDARDS.
- Experience working with students of different age groups, including preschoolers, school-aged children, or adults.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and educational software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom or small group setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles (if applicable).
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus.
