We are seeking ambitious, experienced Forklift Drivers- 2nd and 3rd shifts (pay starting at $19.
15 +shift premium) for our manufacturing operations located in Cullman, Alabama.
Responsibilities
Operates forklift to deliver packaging and parts to and from production and storage areas
Operates computerized inventory control system and scanner
Uses computer to order or send production materials
Stacks or down-stacks racks and totes to approved heights
Performs battery changes
Communicates with lead hand as required
Operates equipment safely
Conducts inventory
Adhering to safety regulations at the workplace
Actively participating in REHAU idea management
Performs related duties as assigned by supervision

Qualifications
Previous forklift experience
Computer familiarity
Ability to analyze problems involving production, to execute activities to achieve department objectives, and consistently identify opportunities for improvement and notify proper people
Good communicator, able to multi-task, detail-oriented, and able to direct and complete tasks reliably
Well-organized, self-driven, willing to work hard, comfortable in a team environment
Must have a valid driver license
