*** Airbnb Cleaner - multiple times per month $60 per turnover ***

I'm looking for someone to do cleaning for my short term rental Airbnb properties in Huntsville.
Turnovers can happen any day of the week.
It takes about one and a half hours to do the cleaning for a single person.
Currently I have four properties for someone to do the cleaning for.
I provide all cleaning supplies, you just have to be reliable, good at cleaning and have excellent communication skills.
Pay is a flat fee of $60 per turnover.
Requirements: 1) Must not smoke 2) Do not bring kids to the job 3) Be VERY good at communication 4) Attention to detail is a must 5) Able to be flexible with timing.
Typically turnovers start at 11am, but could be earlier if guest checks out early.
(If you work a full time job during the day this won't work for you) 6) Have your own reliable transportation.
