Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Operations Specialist to support our PTC product sales efforts.
Your daily job duties include responding to inquiries from prospective Customers, delivering software license quotes, and supporting sales through to license renewals.
We prefer candidates who have at least one year of experience in administrative Customer-focused roles.
This is a Hybrid position and does require you to be in the office at least three days a week.
This position has the potential for promotion to management, based on individual performance and company growth.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Perform basic Customer Service functions, such as maintaining Customer information, responding to inquiries, and tracking leads
Generate and submit quotes to prospective Customers
Follow up with Customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
Maintain contact with Customers and follow up on yearly license renewals
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
Professional and pleasant demeanor, always ensuring outstanding customer service
A proactive team player with high level of dedication
Microsoft Office expertise in Outlook, Word & Excel
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Educational focus/certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field
1+ years of experience as a customer-focused Support Specialist or other administrative role
Product license sales experience
CRM experience
