You will serve as our clients' primary advisor and main point of contact.
Your role involves cultivating and sustaining positive, enduring relationships by comprehensively understanding client needs.
Collaborating seamlessly with the sales team, you will identify and capitalize on targeted marketing opportunities aligned with client objectives.
Your proactive engagement will extend to reaching clients through various channels, including phone, email, and postal mail, to ensure their requirements are met and consistently reinforce their sense of value.
Responsiveness is paramount, and you will promptly handle requests, utilizing our project management software and workflows to create and assign tasks to the digital creative team.
Effectively communicating timelines and expectations to clients, you will prioritize tasks, ensuring exceptional standards and addressing any exceptions promptly.
Additionally, you will conduct meetings/calls with clients to review their websites and marketing plans.
In these sessions, you will provide performance insights, hands-on training, assistance, and innovative marketing ideas as needed.
Taking a hands-on approach, you will directly assist in website updates, email marketing, and other production and marketing tasks, guaranteeing timely delivery and adherence to our company's quality standards.
Furthermore, you will be involved in onboarding new clients, leading kick-off meetings, and facilitating communication between the team and clients to launch new websites and marketing plans successfully.
_*Job Responsibilities*_
* Maintain product expertise through continued education of our digital products and overall marketing industry news.
* Onboard new customers, set up kick-off calls/meetings, set timeline expectations, and maintain outreach to bring the project to fruition.
* Maintain the CRM with updated customer/contact/company information as those items change to ensure accurate information in the database.
* Log all communication, activity and tasks daily in the CRM to keep the last contact with each customer current.
* Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and expectations discussed.
* Maintain 100% customer outreach via phone calls and email templates to ensure every customer feels valued by implementing our Reconnect 90 (_an everyday 90-day touchpoint system).

* Create marketing proposals, upsell and/or new websites/projects as needed.
* Identify clients needing new websites or have expressed interest in a website redo and nominate them for ourBYB (Be Your Best) program via the sales team.
* Assist lead BAMs in training and developing future BAMs.
* Collect payment from customers and implement payment plans for delinquent client outreach.
* Manage recurring campaigns and schedule content as needed.
* Review new website designs and updates and ensure accuracy and quality control before sending them to the customer to preview/approve.
* Monitor client requests and respond promptly.

* Extensive experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
* Experience with the following:
* Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
* Minimum two years of experience as an account manager or sales rep in digital marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.
