Job Description
The File Clerk / Front Desk person, is a highly organized and detail-oriented `can-do` team player, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is proficient in filing alphabetical and numerical files - can effectively perform the task with accuracy.
Is proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), and Google Apps software.
The qualified candidate will meet with residents and therefore, must maintain professionalism at all times.
This is a customer service driven position.
Always keeping in mind that residents are our clients.
Proficient telephone skills and communication.
Documenting messages in detail.
Good representation of our management office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Filing
Accurate alphabetical and numerical filing of accounting documents.
Prepare files for year-end transfer to permanent storage.
Will involve lifting boxes up to 35 pounds.
2.
Customer Service.
3.
Mail processing and distribution of Notices.
4.
Phone skills and communication.
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
May Require a Valid Driver's License, as well as: a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
Is able to pass a full background check and drug screening (Note: As it relates to marijuana use, FPI will consider any applicable state law when dispositioning test results).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet, social media).
Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
