Locally owned Car lot in the HARTSELLE, AL area is looking for BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS to add to the team! Responsibilities: • answering phones • emailing • faxing • filing • processing payments (in person/over the phone) • general cleanup of the office Qualifications: • Outstanding customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Basic reading, numerical reasoning and comprehension skills • Great listening ability • Good telephone etiquette • Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner • Good organization skills • Ability to demonstrate professional selling techniques • Ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals • Ability to work variable hour schedule
