NEW VEHICLE DELIVERY SPECIALIST
The Delivery Specialist provides the highest level of customer service through customer experience, delivery management and execution, and merchandising activities.
Functions as a customer service representative specializing in the delivery of newly purchased vehicles for a growing organization.
Ensures the customer has full knowledge and understanding of all equipment, features and new technology associated with their newly purchased vehicle.
Job Responsibilities
Introduces customer to service department advisors.
Informs the customer of the process to get their vehicle serviced.
Assist customers in personalizing their vehicle technology settings.
Performs a detailed delivery to the customer including a thorough explanation of the proper operation of the vehicle features and all documentation and resources available to them.
Demonstrates the functions and use of all equipment and features of their new vehicle.
Demonstrates and assists with the synchronization of the customers electronics with their new vehicle's electronics, including mobile phone and home devices.
Explains and enrolls customers in OnStar services, Uconnect, including contacting customers who did not enroll in OnStar, or UConnect during their original purchase.
Responds to all inquiries regarding equipment and features.
Update the retailer customer contact points with current Point of Purchase material.
Utilize and maintain resources at the retailer to assist in technology related questions and provide information support to teammates.
Fills out provided forms detailing lingering customer non-delivery concerns and delivers them to the GSM to be addressed.
Mails out customer follow-up correspondence with the GSM's business card attached.
Deliver an exceptional experience in all customer interactions.
Completes all manufacturers training.
Experience
Must be proficient in the use of computers and their applications, peripherals, mobile devices, Bluetooth, RFID, and the linking of communications systems.
