Dispatcher/Customer Service

Dispatcher/CSR -Answer phone and Schedule Services - Utilize Servicetitan Software for Scheduling and Dispatching - Establish a good working relationship with the Technicians - Dispatch drivers and coordinate schedules with locations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Skills - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using phone systems to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
-Very Organized and multitasker - Familiarity with ServiceTitan system is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
