The House of Staunton, a fast growing e-commerce company near HSV International Airport, is looking to hire a full time customer service specialist to join our small company.
It is permanent position between the hours of 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
*NO WEEKEND OR EVENING WORK IS REQUIRED EXCEPT DURING CHRISTMAS.

* Competitive Hourly Pay Rate (Starting Pay Ranges from $17-$18/hour, depending upon experience level) with upwards of a $1/hour raise after 90 days

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
Our Customer Service Team Members provide sales and service support to both new and established customers from our Huntsville facility.
They are responsible for handling customer service and sales inquiries while maintaining the high level of service that our customers have come to expect from our company.
They are required to learn about our products, policies and procedures, as well as how to apply this knowledge when responding to customer inquiries of all types.
In addition, the CSR will be responsible for updating our computerized data systems as necessary.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ONE WHO NOT ONLY HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, BUT ALSO EXPERIENCE WITH ORDER PROCESSING AND WORKING IN A FAST PACED, OFFICE ENVIRONMENT.
CANDIDATES WITH MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!
*Required Skills*
\* At least 3 year of customer-service experience, with preference for those that have done telephone customer service.
\* Sales experience is a big plus!
\* Must be customer service focused with a warm, engaging personality.

\* Proven experience with listening and eliciting information effectively.
\* Able to accurately follow instructions
\* Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills.
\* Strong PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the internet/intranet.
\* Basic multitasking and problem-solving skills.
\* Ability to function in a fast-paced, disciplined environment.
