Rate of Pay: $40,096 - $41,715 Status: Until Filled Job Summary The Driver I position reports to the Public Works Superintendent.
Responsibilities include driving flat beds, dump trucks, and may require operation of front, rear and side loading trucks in either the Street or Sanitation division.
Work is performed in loading and unloading trucks, removing debris from city right of ways, cleaning tools, equipment / vehicles and shop area.
May be required to perform work of Public Works Driver II, Equipment Operator and Laborer.

Must possess a valid Tennessee Class A or Class B license.
Experience operating vehicle or equipment requiring a CDL preferred.
