Insanity Complex is a multi-purpose facility focusing on hosting civic events, conferences, and concerts.
Insanity Complex is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operational duties, delegate task as needed and will be responsible for all Food and Beverage employees and their training park wide.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for maintaining safety, sanitation and food storage.
Areas should be well presented at all times-assisting staff with cleaning when necessary to maintain superior standards
Ensure proper preparation and presentation of all Food and Beverage/Bar offerings at all times.
This includes areas being fully stocked (assist with inventory and control)
Ensuring highest level of service to internal and external customer needs/concerns.
Requirements:
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent required
Accurate and efficient cash handling skills required
1 year of Food and Beverage management experience is required
Bartending experience is a plus!
Nights and weekends are required, no exceptions
Details:
Pay: Negotiated based on experience
