*Position Overview:*
PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sanitation Team Supervisor.
In this critical role, you will lead a talented team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our manufacturing facility.
The Sanitation Team Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the safety, quality, and integrity of our products.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Team Leadership:* Inspire and lead a team of sanitation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* *Sanitation Operations:* Oversee and coordinate all aspects of sanitation activities, including cleaning and sanitizing production lines, equipment, and facilities to meet regulatory and internal standards.
* *Quality Assurance:* Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to ensure sanitation processes align with product quality and safety requirements.
* *Training and Development:* Conduct regular training sessions for the sanitation team, staying updated on industry best practices and implementing new techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* *Compliance:* Ensure strict adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations, maintaining documentation and records to demonstrate compliance.
* *Process Improvement:* Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost efficiency while maintaining high sanitation standards.
* *Communication:* Establish clear communication channels with cross-functional teams, providing regular updates on sanitation activities, issues, and resolutions.
*Qualifications:*
* High School Diploma required
* Associates degree or equivalent background preferred
* Experience in Manufacturing, Sanitation, food processing
* Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
* 3+ Years’ experience in Supervising Others Preferred
* Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
* Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others – Take Others With You
* Able to Instruct and Teach Others
* Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work
* Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities
* Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures
* Mechanical and Technical Aptitude.
