*Summary:* We are looking for a Bartender who is passionate about making great drinks and providing outstanding service to guests.
Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages based on customer requests.
Includes verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving beverages, accepting various payment forms, cleaning glasses and bar utensils, and balancing cash receipts to recorded sales.
Must have knowledge of various liquors, beers, and wines with knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Bartender will ensure the bar is adequately stocked and follow all safety and sanitation rules of the local and state ordinances.
Create a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for all customer.

Keeping your bar clean and well-organized during operations.

Returning items to their place and replacing stock as needed.

*Cleanliness of bar*
a.
Ensure cleanliness of bar at all times.
b.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols of the bar areas.
c.
Cleaning the facility, clearing the floor of glasses, washing glasses, wiping down counters and tables, etc.
4.
*Process* *payments*
a.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
b.
Proficiency in handling cash transactions and making accurate change.
c.
Counting down drawers at closing.
5.
*Managing inventory*
a.
Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other bar items.

Keeping track of bar inventory and ordering supplies.
c.
Stocking the bar inventory when needed.
