This area is booming, so I would expect plenty more places store fronts to be opening up in the area in the next few months.
For students, the house is
located almost directly between the Huntsville and Decatur Calhoun campuses and either is 15 minutes in either direction.
Athens State is about the same as well as UAH.
For those employed on Redstone Arsenal it would be about a 15 minute commute and Research Park is only 10 minutes.
Utilities are split 3 ways and are very reasonable! There is a security deposit which is the same amount as one month's rent.
